Before co-founding First Class Communication, LLC, Dauphne spent six years as the Arkansas Department of Education’s webmaster, where she completely redesigned (twice) and maintained the Department’s extensive website. She also initiated the Department’s social media outreach, supporting the Department’s messaging through the strategic use of blogs, Facebook and Twitter.

Prior to that, Dauphne led the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette’s research and database efforts.

Dauphne graduated from Peabody Public Schools in Massachusetts and holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communication from Bridgewater State College.
