- To prepare for immediate response and communication needs in a range of possible unexpected events, we will develop a crisis communication plan tailored for the client. Plans generally include the creation of a crisis communication team, immediate response goals, internal and external crisis communication policies and checklists, and preparation for working with the media.

- We can help busy and understaffed clients with day-to-day or one-time writing and editing needs. Our experience in journalism, education, and state government provides us with the background needed to write in a variety of styles for differing needs, including newsletters, websites, annual reports, blogs, speeches, video and audio scripts, public service announcements (television and radio) or white papers.

- Clients’ anxiety over news conferences or reporter interviews will be eased with our media training and our ability to plan and execute successful news conferences. Having worked on both sides of media relations, we can help clients prepare for dealing with the media and learn how to promote their organizations in a positive light.

- Our Web communication experience will help clients plan or re-design a site by analyzing the needs of an organization and determining what factors are important or required in Web presence. Frequency of updates, intuitive navigation, and a cohesive look all come into play in successful Web communication. We can help with the planning phase and provide Web design and template services, depending on the needs of the customer. We also provide content management, on a regular or temporary basis.

- We will create professional, polished PowerPoint slide shows for our clients, using branding and other strategic communication elements. We’ll also provide training and tips on using a PowerPoint as part of a presentation to communicate a message in a comprehendible and attention-keeping manner.

- Busy clients can take an item off their plates by letting us manage their event, be it an awards ceremony, a news conference, or an informational assembly. We can work through anything from the early development stages, planning of the event, managing the event itself, and post-event analysis of success.
